CosmeticProtect is a limited benefit health insurance product providing benefits to enrolled patients from participating physicians. All patients of a participating physician having one or more of the following qualified surgical procedures must be enrolled in the CosmeticProtect program. Once enrolled, these patients qualify to receive specific benefits in the event a covered complication occurs.
